The number one thing is to know what to do or use to keep your skin healthy. You must wash daily. It’s really important to wash. Some soap and water can do the trick. Any soap you would like to use would be fine but maybe one that matches your skins need. For your face, I would recommend a face wash and for your body, some body wash. But don’t use a strong soap because it can strip the oil from your skin.

  • When you wake up each morning, I truly recommend you to wash your face.
  • You should also use sunscreen so the sun doesn’t damage your skin.
  • And you should get enough sleep.
  • Try avoiding tanning beds and sunlamps.
  • And moisturise your skin.
  • And if you do shaven try to shave carefully.
  • And make sure you drink lots of water. You have to keep hydrated, not just for your skin but for yourself too.
  • And try to reduce stress as much as you can and calm down
  • And even if it is not sunny, you should still use sunscreen because it is good for your face.
  • Avoid dry skin, for example, washing your hands to much can make your hands dry. So it is good to use water but not too much
